About Us

AP Exclusiv Events are based in Eastbourne, with over 25 years’ experience running Weddings, Events, Exhibitions, Tribute Nights, Special Occasions and specialist Trade Shows including the annual two day Eastbourne Wedding Spectacular every January.

We create and run commercial and Charity events – Tribute Nights, Balls, Teas, Gala Dinners, Functions, Fund-raisers – please check our Events List for details of forthcoming public events.

We love doing what we do, and our aim is simply to provide whatever is needed – whether full-service start-to-finish Planning or any mix of On-the-Day supervision, Event Creation, Sourcing Venues and Suppliers, Design, Concept, Scheduling, Co-ordination or just advice.

We have a wide range of in-house experience and facilities including Wedding and Event Management, Catering, Entertainment, Mobile Bars, Catering Equipment Hire, Sound Equipment, Décor and Theming, as well as a great selection of trusted, reliable suppliers and service providers.

We also offer venues an add-on Wedding and Event Co-ordination Service to your own in-house expertise if required.

Wedding and Event Planning

Our Director, Ann Hamilton, has over 30 years experience in organising events and weddings both in the UK and overseas. Ann is also the organiser of the annual Eastbourne Wedding Spectacular – the largest two-day Wedding Show in the area – since 2010, and probably has one of the best contact books in the business!

Every wedding and event Ann takes on can be sure of receiving :

5-Star Service

We never take more than one event on the same day. We work with professionals, nothing is left to chance, we have back-up plans for our back-up plans, whilst on the day – Ann manages to be everywhere, invisible, and exactly where she needs to be, all at the same time.

Someone once asked what is the mark of a good Wedding Planner? Ann’s reply – “It’s when no-one even knows you were there ..”
